Energy Exchange:
'Give generously and receive gratefully'. This has become my mantra over the last year and it is a reminder that we are constantly in movement. Energy is constantly moving, being transformed from one form to the next: love, money, comfort, health etc. Nothing truly belongs to us, only gifted to us when we need it and then it moves along. Shared and borrowed.This series is an ode to that energy exchange and my gratitude to it. All paintings are painted on repurposed burlap coffee bags.
