Light- Works is an ode to my connection to the skies above. My mantra, rain hail or sunshine (literally and metaphorically) is "Look Up". Not meaning 'chin up' or 'look on the bright side' but literally stop in your tracks and raise your eyes to the skies. For me, it's one of the few times when time stands still and illusions disappear. It can be awe- inspiring, heart expanding and an education if we ground ourselves in that moment...even if it is a moment. I learn a lot from the skies and these paintings tell just some of those stories.
